Mailing Requirements

Postcards with a non-glossy address side. This gives us the capability to print directly on the piece instead of applying a label. The card can be as small as 4" x 6" or as large as 8.5" x 11".

We also recommend that you have our indicia printed directly on the piece. This is the one of the alternatives to applying stamps.

Our inserter can insert up to four pieces into an envelope. The maximum dimensions for the envelope are 9.5" x 6.25", the flap must also be slanted and no longer than 1.75". The minimum dimensions are 6" x 3.25", the flap must also be slanted and no longer than 1".

As always these specifications are used as a guide only. We like to view a sample of the project before it goes to print.
